Shut off wifi. If you're not using data at all, disable auto location, gps, and bluetooth. Etc etc...

International iPad plan

Am cruising in the Caribbean next month. My iPad shows an international data plan; I went to AT&T today but they say the iPad won't work abroad. Will it work in the Caribbean if the island is listed on the data plan? The ship Internet is extremely slow & more expensive.

Thanks!

Do you think Apple is working on a feature to sync using bluetooth? because that
would be so helpful.

Yep. Me too. Not sure why anyone would want a white iPhone (but then, I never saw a white motor vehicle I ever liked either..........donning fireproof suit now....................).

iPhone app for adding contacts and calendar entries by voice

I have a disability which makes it difficult to use the iPhone virtual keyboard. I use Dictation Dragon or Vlingo for composing emails and texts but need an app that allows me to add contacts and calendar entires by voice. Does anyone know of such an application?
