The Reader

I received a Mophie Juice Pack Air for Christmas to use on my iPhone
3Gs-- it did not fit right (I think it is warped just slightly on one
side causing it to have a rough edge on one side where the pieces
meet). When I tried to exchange it, the person at the apple store told
me that the reason it did not fit was because I bought one that was
not compatible, despite the fact that I have always been told that the
two iPhones are dimensionally identical. Am I being given the
runaround by someone trying to get more money out of me (the original
case was bought on black Friday sale)??
