sometime acknowledgment mail didn't come due to some technical reason
Please check online with login id and password got to My Account--->My return process
Perhaps there will be your acknowledgement.
if there is not then again make a print and send to banglore again
But if 60 days has been passed
then make revised return. In this you will need last return (for which you didn't get acknowledgement) details.
