[apple-iphone] iphone problems

Hello everyone...

my son's iphone all of a sudden now is not acknowledged when he hooks it up to his laptop...no itunes,nothing....but is when he hooks it to my desktop....does anyone have an ideal about what may be happening...he says he's heard of other iphones doing this but doesn't remember what the fix was...
