Try downloading it directly on the iPhone.

If that does not work, I believe there is a way to contact Apple through the iTunes Store and they should work with you.

I made a typo in my email about your data speeds. I meant to say I understand why you are interested in your data speeds while commuting on the train, but I am interested in your data speeds while stationary.
