My opinion, I wouldn't give up unlimited data for nothing. Wait until
you qualify for the new phone without giving up unlimited data.
I believe with Hulu and all kinds of things coming down the road you
will be using more and more over the air data.
The unlimited data you have is for the rest of your life and you can
never get it back.

Spoken as one who didn't get an iPad with 3G and the unlimited data, and
pounds his head against the wall daily.
