[apple-iphone] Jawbone From eCost
I bought a Jawbone ICON from eCost. It didn't work! The return process is onerous, part of which included providing a problem Case # from Jawbone. I contacted Jawbone and they replaced it for me, even though eCost is not an approved supplier.
Great support from Jawbone, and the ICON is a fantastic headset.
