I have a 3GS I-phone with the new OS4 update applied with no problems.

When my new I-phone comes in, I have some questions about the old phone:

1) What will I be able to do with the old 3GS? If I have SKYPE, and
WiFi, will I be able to use that on the old phone?

2) Will I be able to sync the old phone as normal to my PC/I-Tunes and
update apps, Outlook, purchase new apps, etc?

3) Will I have to do anything special with I-Tunes ~ syncing two
phones?
