Dear  Mr. Joseph,
                                 My case is one of the example as you stated.
         At this time I can not comment in public. That is my limitation.
                    The courts have been so empowered where in case of Corporate world they can do any thing and everything under sun and law.
                    But a small person may be victimised!
That is all I can say now.

Though Death sentence may be the fair deal for rapists, just consider the following;
 
1.  A girl lays with a man for money/pleasure or anything else (may be with a pre-plan to finish him) , then goes to complain that he has raped her.  I have heard that if medical proofs are available and if the girl insists that he has raped her, she wins.  He ends up with capital punishment.
 
2.  The most dreaded thing is that Our Police is neither Trustworthy nor loyal.  They can cook up any case.  This will enable anybody to hire a Police to eliminate his enemy.
 
Though it was said that "100 criminals could go free but not a single innocent should be punished"  The fact is 100 Criminals are always free but lots of innocent people have been falsely implicated and undergo trial and punishments in various courts and Jails.
 
Laws should not be equal to a thief and a person entrusted with the property who steals.
