Re: [apple-iphone] A new one. Ghost alarms

Hi all. I am always in pursuit of a good medication tracker. I thought I had finally found one to meet all my needs. However, it didn't. It did have excellent notifications for reminders.

After writing the owner of the app, I deleted it. Now I am getting "ghost" reminders to take my meds. The program is gone but the notices keep coming.

Any ideas on how to kill them? I looked on my calendar and they are not there. I looked under settings and the program is not listed. I am open for ideas.

Picture the twighlight series music. You need not check your phone you have entered the I-Light zone!!

I don't know what's the APN for your network but just make it wrong. I suggest erasing the last letter. That way, your iPhone would not connect using your network's data because it'll have an error (because your APN is wrong). Then just add the last letter you erased if you really need to do so (like an emergency and there is no WiFi available).

Well my phone must be connecting to the Telcel internet connection because again I used up all $200 pesos in one day "connecting to the internet" which is very expensive here in Mexico.

I cannot figure out how to do this and wonder if someone can advise me and save me lots of pesos. I have a great wifi connection at my residence and there are lots of wyfi hot spots here in this town.
