You should be able to down load the apps you paid for, even the free ones, for no charge, as long as you use the same iTunes account as you purchased them on.

Try it with a few of the free ones and one of the 99¢ ones to test it out. Try down loading them to the MacBook first, then try another 99¢ on the iphone.

I assume it is the same iphone as you bought them on, and they are still in the App Store.
