No but there is FaceTime on a Mac now. It replaces iChat.

I don't know if there is a fix. There was a huge article on yahoo about an apparent alarm glitch. I for one was a victim of the new year alarm fiasco. My alarm didn't go off to wake me up for new years :-(

The alarms on my wife's 3G stopped working today. We have changed times, turned the phone off and then on, made certain the volume is up and the phone is not on silent, and deleted old alarms and created new ones. Nothing seems to be helping to make it work. Any ideas? She is running most current iOS.

Jan 3 and iPhone Alarm Still Not Working? Here's Why.

Sent to you by Brent via Google Reader: Jan 3 and iPhone Alarm Still
Not Working? Here's Why. via The iPhone FAQ - Information about the
Apple iPhone by Colin Breck on 1/3/11
As you're already likely very aware, countless iPhone owners overslept
the first two days of 2011 because of a bug in the iPhone's software
that prevented alarms scheduled to go off on January 1 or January 2
from doing so. Apple acknowledged the bug publically, and indicated
that not only was a fix in the works -- but that iPhone owners could
expect their alarms to begin working on January 3 without needing to do
anything. The only problem? For many of you, January 3 rolled around,
and your alarm failed to go off yet again. The good news? There appears
to be a simple fix.

charge cord with bumper

My daughter got an iPhone 4 and loves the bumper but it seems she can't find a cord to use for charging when the bumper is on it. Is there any cord out there that will work with a bumper?

Only the Apple stock charging cable that comes with the iPhone will work.

Sure you can. You can usually find it at Walmart too.

Location Services

When I go to settings and Location Services to be sure certain apps have
Location Service turned on...they are all greyed out so I can not turn
them either on or off. Whats up with that?

Never mind. I figured it out. I had used the procedure posted earlier
concerning the mobile me and FIND MY IPHONE app. I had placed
restrictions on the accounts and Location Services.

Usually the white USB to dock cable from apple is it, and 'straight in' headphones. Not the 'pistol bent' ones.

Lock folders

In one of the upgrades it became possible to make folders for aps. I wonder if it is possible to password protect a folder.

The in-built calendar on the iPhone 4 begins on a Sunday after the upgrade some time ago. I'd like mine to begin on a Monday. Also I'd like to see my appointments in the week at a glance, even though I realize that the screen size is limited. Does anyone know of an ap that would perform this task. Thanks enormously.

Tasks ap

I have the advances version of todo but that doesn't show a start date, only a completion date for tasks. Is there a better ap in the candy store?
