I don't often use my iPhone 3G on Wi-Fi but I've noticed the Wi-Fi
icon is grayed out and it says no Wi-Fi?? My modem is Wi-Fi so it should
pick it up...I'm only a few feet away?

I tried the trouble shooting suggestions in the manual....Reset the
network. even turned my modem off and then back on...nothing works.

I can't even turn the Wi-Fi on as it's grayed out as if it's not
available...I have used it before so it was available once...is there
something I have to do to get it back??
