There are many options available but it depends on how much you want to
spend. For example, I have a pair of Ultimate Ears UE700's that sell for
$199 but are extremely small and comfortable (although they don't have the
mic built in). There is no way I can use the stock iPhone earbuds. They
remind of listening to a transistor radio I had when I was a kid.
