I have tried viewing the keynote address both from a French promotional email and from going into apple.com. I have tried 'low', 'medium' and 'high' settings, full screen and cameo, with and without sound, at high, medium and low volume and I have downloaded two versions of 'Qucktime'. Despite spending 1hr 25 mins trying, I cannot see and hear the whole video and anything after 1hr 15 mins just keeps stopping. Sound dropped out after 1 hr. Seeing the last 8 minutes, with or without sound, is impossible.

I just wondered how you are supposed to hold it (and still have two hands free), how it is supposed to be carried (no handle) and how the screen is protected (no lid).

I really think everyone should watch the keynote address (apple.com - watch
the keynote) or at the very least the 8 minute video with the design and
development VPs.
