| Dear Milind ji There is no legal requirement to get your partnership deed registered with the registrar of firms. Hence, any supplementary deed is also not required to be registered. But if the original deed has been already registered, then any modification therein is required to be registered also. In that case, you have to get your supplementary deed registered.
