The Registration with the Registrar of Firms considers the name of the Partners, Partners Profit Sharing Ratio and address and name of the firm which when altered needs to be registered. The change on account of remuneration, due to the change in the IT act need not be registered.

Dear Milind ji

There is no legal requirement to get your partnership deed registered with the registrar of firms. Hence, any supplementary deed is also not required to be registered.

But if the original deed has been already registered, then any modification therein is required to be registered also. In that case, you have to get your supplementary deed registered.

Stamp duty is different in every state.
