[aurangabad_ca] Composition Scheme
Dear Friends,
One of my MVAT dealer is under composition scheme since begining. During the business audit for 2005-06 it is found that there are some URD purchases .on that ground STO has given intimation that why composition scheme should not be withdrawn and the taxation should be done like normal dealer.
my dealer is dealing in taxable items only no taxfree goods are traded.
My questions are
1) Whether my dealer can submite stock declaration statement(for set-off) now for
2) Whether scheme will be withdrawn for the period 2005-06 or next year also.
3) Whether dealer can get the benefit of set-off on purchases made during the period 2005-06
4) any other remedy to continue in composition scheme.
