Is your email a web based one..like yahoo, hotmail, etc? If its stored on their server, its probably in your trash...I hope so!!

Hey all - I deleted an email from my phone, and then realized too late that I had lost all my saved mails.
Can I do a restore from the backup ? Will it give me my email back as it was before I deleted it.
UGHHHHHH I can't believe I did that.
