If you have Outlook you can choose to sync them there. See "Info Tab" on
iTunes.
If you don't have Outlook then I think they're just synced with everythinh
else but not available on the PC.
Alternatively if you have a Gmail account you can sync your notes to Gmail
if you have iOs4.
Go into Settings / Mail,Contacts,Calendars and click on your gmail account.
Make sure Notes are turned on.

Again you can't edit in Gmail but you can read the notes. They get a "Notes"
label in Gnmail if you need to find them.
