O.K... I was a victim of the recent "iTunes got hacked" extravaganza. They screwed me out of $566.13!! They bought a BUNCH of music and apps that don't interest me. They did all that damage in 2 days! Thank God I'm with Bank of America. They reimbursed me the entire amount. however, at the same time that I was putting a "STOP" on that debt card, the A-hole was ordering $36.10 worth of more crap. The card didn't go thru (since I put a "STOP" on it).
Now... I'm getting a message that keeps telling me that "there was a problem with your last download purchase". ah yeah, there was. It's because of your lousy security issues... Now.. I can't get ANYONE on iTunes to address the issue for me. I can't cancel the order. I can't update my existing apps, I can't buy more apps. Does anyone have any suggestons as to what I can do?? any help would be appreciated.
(btw) i've learned the hard way to now ONLY use an iTunes gift card for purchases.
