Yeap! That is a pretty light mark on the back of the iPhone. Have you tried removing it with a micro-fiber cloth?

If you are going to put in in your pocket, like you mentioned this morning, then get a case, if this is going to bother you.

Glass is pretty tough, but it can scratch. Just look at the mirror in any public restroom or the glassware at any bar.
