Don't feel alone... After installing 9.1, my backup has taken HOURS to get
halfway and I canceled the backup. Something in 9.1 caused this cause I
could normally backup within 15 mins time before.

Only 18 photos in my Camera Roll, and 64 in the Photo Library.
