it still has warranty.
Whatever is stuck in there or something became out of shape that
caused the plug not to go all the way, Apple can fix that. If it's
just a piece of debris in there, in the process of diagnosing your
phone, they should have removed it.
Since it's still under warranty, best thing to do is bring it to them.
