I'm not sure that your statement about no viruses targeted at ox X is true. A couple of years ago I was at a security seminar and one of the speakers was talking about how viruses work. He had no experience with windows, so ALL of his examples were viruses targeted at the mac.

I was quite surpised at both the number of viruses he mentioned; and the fact that they exist is generally unknown.
