Dear members,   A newly registered dealer has applied for mvat number in Nov 2009 and paid VAT deposit of Rs 25000. On 31st Marhc2010 dealer had decided to cancel the said vat number due to unfavourable market position of its products.   Dealer had given the application for cancellation and claimed the refund of 25000 in form no 231 and uploaded the return and applying for the reund in form E 501, while validating the form 501 the error msg comes that BEING A NEWLY REGISTERD DEALER REFUND CANNOT BE CLAIMED IN LESS THAN A YEAR TIME.   Do any one know about the same and wht to be should be done in such case?   After one year the number will be cancelled from the server of MVAT so how would i will able to login with such non existence member and fill and claim the E501 for reund.   Plz guide.   Regards Vishal   The INTERNET now has a personality.
