Yup. A year ago I had the brilliant idea to add our 13 year old
granddaughter to our family AT&T plan, since she had a "go phone" that
was costing a LOT of money and no texting. and we looked at stuff
online, and then talked to someone on the phone, but in the end we
made the trip to the AT&T store and were saved from making a stupid
and costly mistake with the new phone because of the one to one contact.
Now, I'm not saying you should go to an AT&T store, because I think
your situation can be easily handled by phone. But internet doesn't
work for everything. Just mostly everything!
