I assume you have already downloaded the PDF?
In iTunes, File > Add to Library > (navigate to PDF) > Open. It should
appear under Books. Connect the iPhone and ensure Books are selected for
syncing. After syncing, look for the manual in iBooks on the iPhone.
That's from memory. I'll report back if it's wrong.
