Hi Melissa,

I think you need to change the tag on the ringtone that you dragged to your pc to something specific. I can't remember the exact extension but I think it is something like .mp4?? Can anyone chime in the extension for a ringtone to be recognized as such by iTunes?

You could also check the extension of that one ringtone that made it onto your iPhone.

So last night, I happened to notice that 1 of these ringtones is on my iPhone as a custom ringtone. I have no idea how I got it onto the phone. But if anyone has any suggestions how I did this or how I can use these ringtones from the old phone on the iPhone, I would greatly appreciate any assistance.
