They are identical - if you order from Apple you choose the carrier during
check out and it comes with their SIM card, if you buy directly from the
carrier it comes with their SIM card. In the US currently, we don't have
another carrier using Micro SIM cards so it wouldn't be possible unless you
used a regular SIM and carefully "cut" it to fit.
