It should either be this afternoon or tomorrow, they said last Friday "late
next week". I was told by Apple if you ordered a bumper through
apple.comor bought one in store with your phone on a credit card, it
will be
automatically refunded (will receive an e-mail with total and confirmation
number). If you have not bought a bumper or have bought a case from a third
party, they will have a web site up through apple.com to register your phone
name, e-mail, phone information (for confirmation that you bought an i4 and
have not received a case or a credit) and they will ship them in the order
requests were received.
