Yes, PayPal can reverse a transaction. And they have been know to do it months later, also. They don't care if it puts your card or bank account in the red.

Have none of you people googled "Paypal problems" or read through some of the terms of service?

A couple of sites not only have an ax to grind, but a alternative service to sell you. Not to say that some of the complaints are not true or that some may be exaggerated.

Paypal is owned by eBay, and both have problems, but unfortunately they are the biggest game in town.
