I just *knew* someone was going to say that....

Unfortunately, there is, at present, no way to know all of the Apps that are *actually* running.

The above technique will provide a display of the last 40 or so Apps that *have been run*, whether they are actually still doing anything in the background, using memory or CPU cycles, or NOT.

Programs like MemoryInfo will show you a few processes that are running, but not all.
