I am not a 4 user and was not aware that they offer a refund (I have
three 3gs.
That is obviously a different story and definitely takes the wind out of
the sails of a class-action lawsuit.
But, I definitely think they wouldn't have offered that if it wasn't for
such instruments as CALS looming over them.
