RE: [apple-iphone] AT&T throttling iPhone upload data? Say it isn't so....
Have to say I've NEVER gotten upload speeds like that with my 3gs (4.0) 2500 to 3250 kpps download is the norm on 3G but 260 or so is best upload kbps I've ever gotten, heck even on wifi I do not get upload speeds like 1500. 420 kbps or so is the norm.
