However, in the case of the antenna issue with Apple, the company has offered return/refund.
While none of us likes to end up with a lemon, be it automobile. washing machine, or computer, we are seldom given such a free marketplace option as this:
If you don't like it, take it back.
Apple is in a competitive business.
