[apple-iphone] Re: iPhone 4 background display

There were scattered reports right after the release of iP4 of 'yellow' screens, or at least 'yellowish' tints being reported.
Some noted that the yellow tint disappeared after a few days -- others returned their phones to Apple for replacement.
It was not a widespread problem but it was mentioned in well-placed blogs.

The print is crisper on the new 4G but the dull background makes the same page called up on both phones side by side look better on the old phone! Is this a defect on my new 4G, or are they all that way? Its like the difference between newspaper and bright white printer paper.
