The Reader

I am sure this has been addressed before, but what is the best setup for listening to my iTunes, answering calls and charging my phone. as it stands now, I use an old transpod with my iPod through the cigarette lighter and just keep the phone in the car as a phone. I have an old car so no aux jack. I do have a cassette player as well as 3 cigarette lighter type ports.
