As per Sec 194I TDS will be deducted on Rent if payment is exceeding 1,20,000/-p.a.
rent includes rent for
land
building
machinery
plant
equipment
furniture
fittings
So your case will fall in this. Becuase telephone will be clubbed in equipments.
So another company will deducted TDS on payment.
