[aurangabad_ca] Query Regrading 194I
Dear sir,
One of my Client Give Telephone Instruments to another company as a rent.
The rent Amount exceeds Rs 120000/- PA.
Its liable to Deduct TDS u/s 194I?
Please help me in this matter with any case laws.
