What's the use of keeping track? I try and exercise as much as I can and eat as little. I've kept track of my weight on the ap weighbot but all it shows is an increase. So what's the use. The ap affirmations is more useful for me as it primes me to do something worthwhile on the morrow if I watch the slide show as I nod off.

This is all backed up when I sync. I can go back almost a year now with data. Never syncing and having a catastrophic failure would delete all of this historic data. Not something I would like to miss and definitely couldn't recreate.
