[apple-iphone] Morphie customer service

Hi all. Well, I was going to replace my
Morphie juice pak that I bought and had since Feb. Someone on here suggested that I contact morphie since it should still be under warranty.

So I did. They responded right away and asked me to provide a copy of my receipt, which I did. Again they responded very quickly. They provided me with an#RMA number, as well as a UPS label to ship it to them at their cost.

What was broke? The connector cord. I hate the tiny connector on it, just seems flimsy to me

So off it went today. I will post again with their response. Hopefully they will fix or replace it. Stay tuned!
