i like math. once i learned the content of what i normally eat and can Google exceptions, i do it in my head and maintain my weight plus or minus 3 lbs, went from 265 to 210 then from 204 to 178 on Lose it; the first part was cutting out beer, soda and booze and high fructose corn syrup
