I think the person that was looking for the app wanted something that would
alert them when it was going to freeze so she could move her plants.

This app has many alerts that can be turned on or off. I turned them all off
except a few like severe thunderstorm or tornado warning. It looks like a
neat program.

I was just passing along that I spotted a sale on an app. There are other
apps that do the same thing.
