Ideally you should copy your iTunes folder from the PC to the Mac. If you
already have a backup of this then just connect the backup drive to the Mac
and drag the folder in. The structure should be
Home > Music > iTunes
(Home is the top-level folder for your user and has a "house" icon.)

What about your other files? Are you copying them over?

If you are keeping the PC, are you networking it with the Mac?
