The writer of that software said it only works on wifi not 3g as AT&T
blocks some sites needed for it to 'alert'... Like NOAA.gov and weather.gov
. Try connecting to them wifi then 3g and you'll see. He also said radar.NOAA.gov
and srh.NOAA.gov are blocked (dns issue) by AT&T also.
