Cathy, the Usage section on the phone only lists minutes and data not
messaging. The *DATA# should work and the AT&T App in the App Store works
fine - I am not sure about the reviews and there is nothing there that they
don't already know about you.

Regardless of all that, if you log into your account on
http://www.wireless.att.com/ you can see real time usage on each line
(minutes, messages, and data).
