Brent, try to uninstall, download the 64-bit version from itunes.com and
reinstall (it will not remove your library). I had to reinstall iTunes
Helper on my Mac and MobileMe / Sync Services on Windows 7 the only upgrade
that went 'right' was Windows XP.
