[aurangabad_ca] company formation
what is the procedure to appoint new directors immediately after incorporation of pvt ltd co. we have only 2 directors ( earlier there were 5 directors due to some technical reason we have formed company by requesting re-submission process to form company with 2 directors ) can we know appoint the earlier 3 directors who had given NOC not to continue as directors be appointed as directors with share-holding in what pattern with capital as one lakhs.
please throu some light on the above problem within the ambit of companies act.
