Dear Sir, pl refer schedule details asked are pertaining to set off available or claimed, purchases effected @ 5 % are of construction contracts, and set off of purchases effected by way of works contracts resulted in immovable property are not eligible for set off.so there is no need to declare such purchases.it will be shown in col.purchases from regd dealers not eligible for set off.
